At MUHU Construction Chemical, customer service is a priority. We provide presale support including professional product consulting services. Also, with requirements provided by our customers, our laboratory technical engineers can offer our clients 500g tailor-made samples for free, with an inspection fee and DHL fare paid for by the client. We also offer powder admixtures, which are easily soluble in water and help save transportation and warehouse costs.

Once an order is placed by a customer, our production department completes production within the deadline, and then our international sales department books the shipping space for customers and confirms the documentation needed. According to the signed contract, our products then leave port within seven days after the finance department receives bank payment from the client.

At MUHU, we offer complete after-sale service, providing customers with clearance documents, product guide materials, and product consulting service 24 hours a day. We inform our customers about the transportation timing of their product, and we also send inventory material to them a week before their products arrive at the port of destination. In addition, within 12 months, defective products (confirmed defective by our technical engineers) are replaced for free.

Other special services include OEM manufacturing, production technology conversion service, production with special technical targets, as well as complex production and technical support services especially for our commercial concrete mixing station.
