AS type amino acrylsulphonate phenol formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture is amino superplasticizer, featuring non-air-entraining, high enhanced, low dosage, low slump loss, low alkali content, greatly reduced plastic viscosity of concrete, more than 30% of high water reducing rate, etc. With low alkali content, it can avoid concrete alkali-aggregate reaction and it has no precipitation and no crystal when used in winter. Also, it is well compatible with various Portland cement, and it can provide good volume stability, impermeability and frost resistance to ensure high durability of concrete. With high early strengthening, our product can reach above 70% of the design strength grade by 3 days.
Our amino acrylsulphonate phenol formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture can be widely used to produce high fluidity concrete, high strength concrete, no-vibration and self-compacting concrete, especially mass concrete and pumping concrete for long-time and long-distance transport. With good steam curing adaptability, it can be also applied for precast concrete production in industrial and civil buildings and municipal engineering. In addition, our product can meet the needs of different engineering for concrete performance and construction conditions if complexed with admixtures such as naphthalene superplasticizer, air-entraining agent, retarding agent, early strengthening agent, expanding agent, anti-freezing agent and so on.

Dosage
Solid dosage ranges from 0.30% to 1.0% of the weight of cementitious material, while recommended dosage is 0.45%.
How to use and pack
1. Our product can be added directly or after being dissolved into water and its stirring time should be properly prolonged to make full use of its dispersing capacity. Besides, forced mixer is preferred for high strength concrete production.
2. Woven bag with plastic liner is adopted by our powder product with net weight of 30 kg per bag.
