العربية Concrete Retarder, MNC-BS Type, Precast Concrete Admixture, Underground Construction Concrete Admixture
MNC-BS type concrete retarder is applied to construction at high temperature, long-distance transport and various types of concrete, such as ultra-high-range pumping type, in-situ type, mass type, self-leveling type, high strength type, high performance type, etc. Also, it can be used for different types of Portland cement, including ordinary type, slag type, Pozzolana blend type, fly ash type and compound type.
Our concrete retarder features good workability, strong cohesiveness, no segregation and no bleeding with water reducing rate ranging from 2.5 percent to 3.5 percent. If combined with superplasticizer, it can efficiently reduce its dosage and cost. Besides, it largely improves the durability index of concrete impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, anti-carbonization, and it also increases concrete strength at later stage as well as physical and mechanical properties of concrete.
In order to keep good pumpability and construction performance of concrete within required time, concrete retarder can effectively control slump loss and fluidity loss of commercial ready-mix concrete and flowing concrete which is mixed with pumping agent and superplasticizer. Also, it can well inhibit the hydration reaction speed at early stage and induction period of cement hydration, and prolong setting time and plasticity-maintaining time of concrete with over 7 hours of delayed initial setting time and final setting time.

Dosage and Uses
1. Dosage of concrete retarder ranges from 0.05% to 0.15% of the weight of cementing material.
2. Initial slump of concrete retarder mixed with naphthalene superplasticizer ranges from 170mm to 180mm, with product dosage reaching 0.05% and naphthalene superplasticizer dosage reaching 0.75%. It has no slump loss and fluidity loss within two or three hours.
Packaging
Concrete retarder is packed in woven bag with plastic liner, with each bag weighing 25 kg.
