MNC-Q2 type shotcrete accelerator is new generation of highly active and environment-friendly liquid accelerator with no chlorine and no alkali, adopting advanced foreign technology and new process synthesized by organic and inorganic materials. Main Technical Performance
1. Shotcrete accelerator has fast setting time. Initial setting time ranges from 2 to 5 minutes and final setting time ranges from 3 to 10 minutes.
2. It has good adhesion with the spray layer up to 8 to 150 mm.
3. Its springback generally amounts to 5% to 10%.
Dosage range
Dosage of shotcrete accelerator ranges from 3% to 8% of the weight of cementing material and it can replace water in the same amount. Its actual content should be decided by the cement type, grade and the adjustment of construction temperature.

Storage
Shotcrete accelerator is conserved in closed container which is made of plastic, glass fiber or stainless steel. Each container weighs 50kg and its shelf life is 8 months.
