Polypropylene monofilament type concrete fiber, also named polypropylene micro fiber, is a high-strength bunchy monofilament fiber. It is produced by a functional master batch modified with special surface treatment, which is a foreign advanced technology introduced by our company.

Concrete fiber features good dispersion, strong hydrophilic, strong bond with cement, etc. Due to its tridimensional network structure, polypropylene monofilament fiber mixed with concrete or mortar can efficiently control micro cracks of concrete or mortar resulted from such factors as plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage, temperature changing and so on. Then, it can prevent and inhibit the formation and further development of cracks especially in fire environment and it can also significantly improve concrete crack resistance, impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, shock resistance and earthquake resistance.

Concrete fiber can be widely used for waterproofing of underground works, industrial and civil engineering such as roof, wall, floor, pool and basement, municipal engineering such as airport, wharf, subway, sleeper, warehouse, highway, precast parts and sprayed concrete, as well as road and bridge engineering, etc.

Packing
1. According to its length, basic specifications of concrete fiber can be classified as 3, 6, 10, 12, 15, 19, 24, 30, 36 and 40 mm.
2. Its inner packaging is plastic film with 0.9 or 10 kg per bag, while its external packaging is woven bag with 18 or 20 kg each packet. In addition, our product, stored in ventilated and dry warehouse, can be produced and packed according to the customer's requirement.
