Sodium Lignin Sulfonate

Sodium lignin sulfonate is a water-soluble anionic surfactant, composed of high polymers. It comes from waste liquid of wood pulp, going through sulfite process, filtration, concentration, sulfonation, spray drying and so on. Compared to concrete without our product, concrete mixed with it shows about 10% higher compressive strength, and its water reducing rate ranges from 8% to 14%.

Sodium lignin sulfonate is suitable for in-situ concrete, precast concrete, plain concrete, reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete. Also, it is mainly used as compound raw material of water-reducing admixture and multifunction superplasticizer in the field of concrete admixture.

Dosage and Usage
1. Powder dosage ranges from 0.2% to 0.3% of the weight of cementing material.
2. This product should be added to the mixer together with mixing water, with over 3 minutes of mixing time. Adding admixtures or not has no influence on concrete pouring, concrete vibrating and so on.

Packaging
This product adopts double package, packed in polypropylene woven bag with plastic film liner. Each bag weighs 25±0.13 kg.
