Non-Shrink High Strength Grouting, CGM-1P Type

CGM-1P type non-shrink high strength grouting is early strengthening product, with durable high strength up to 50MPa one to three days after pouring. Also, it features automatic flow, micro-expansion, resistance to oil seepage and good weather resistance, especially suitable for safe operation between -40℃ to 400℃ in motor base oil stain environment.

Non-shrink high strength grouting is widely used for installation of a variety of mechanical equipment for secondary grouting, crack filling and reinforcement of civil structure, anchor bolts, ground self-leveling pouring, post-cast strip and non-shrink casting, replacement of epoxy mortar, bridges, roads, tunnel project as well as concrete project with anti seepage, anti cracking and waterproof.

  • PCL Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer Concrete AdmixturePCL polycarboxylate superplasticizer concrete admixture features good stability especially at low temperature. Besides, the liquid concentration of our product can be diluted from 50% to 10% and then you can directly use the diluted product as pumping admixture of mixing plant.
  • FDN Naphthalene Sulfonate Formaldehyde Condensate Concrete AdmixtureCompared with UNF-5 type, FDN naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture has higher water reducing rate and fewer concrete slump loss, which can efficiently increase the concrete fluidity, reduce bleeding and segregation and then improve the workability of concrete.
