UNF-5 naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture is β- naphthalene sulfonic acid formaldehyde condensation. It has such obvious effects as early strengthening, water reducing and dispersing ability. With wide adaptability to cement, it can reduce heat of hydration and improve concrete impermeability. Also, it improves pore structure of concrete in order to increase the density of concrete and then produce high-durability concrete of which the anti-infiltrating index is beyond P18.

Our naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate concrete admixture is applicable to autotrophic concrete, steam curing concrete, steel concrete, prestressed concrete, all of which are mainly composed of Portland cement. With daily minimum temperature of 0℃, it is suitable for making high fluidity concrete and it can be also used as C80 high-strength concrete with slump of 50mm to 70mm or slump of 180mm to 220mm. Besides, if complexed with other component, our product can provide early strengthening and water reducing admixture, set retarding admixture, anti-freezing agent, pumping agent and other admixture.

Dosage
Optimal dosage is 0.75 percent of the weight of cementing material, while the recommended dosage ranges from 0.5 percent to 1.0 percent.

How to use
As powder, our product can be directly permeated for use or be used after dissolution. In addition, it can be added during mix or after mix, while the latter is preferred.

Packaging
Our product is packed in woven bag with plastic liner, with each bag weighing 25 kg.
