MNC-HAJ type high range water reducing and air entraining admixture is naphthalene series superplasticizer with air-entraining capacity. It can help increase frost and salt resistance, concrete fluidity, concrete plasticity and 10% to 20% of flexural strength, as well as decrease bleeding and segregation. Due to the reduced coefficient of concrete thermal diffusion and thermal conductivity, our product has improved the concrete volume stability and weather resistance of different outdoor structures. Mixed with our air entraining admixture, pumping concrete can improve fluidity and pumping pressure.
Our high range water reducing and air entraining admixture can be used for impermeable concrete, sulfate-resistant concrete, excessive bleeding of concrete, lean concrete, concrete for preparation of artificial aggregate, normal concrete, and concrete in high demand for freeze-thaw resistance or facing. Instead of steam-cured concrete and prestressed concrete, it is applicable to concrete which requires high durability, especially frost resistance, in areas such as large dam, airport runway, high-grade concrete road surface, cooling tower, pool, harbor work and marine structures, etc. Complexed with other admixture, our product can help produce composite additive. Besides, the air-entraining admixture is especially used for road concrete, which can not only extend road life, but also help sprinkle de-icing salt in northern area.
Dosage and Usage
1. Concrete mixed with our product must be stirred mechanically with more than 3 minutes of stirring time, and its parking time from discharging to pouring should not be too long. When using internal vibrator, vibration time is less than 20 seconds.
2. Recommended dosage is 1% of the weight of cementitious materials.
